Nobody knows the trouble I've seen-complaints about microsoft and windows systems

I think I will sell this system and get a MacBook.   No comparison.  So many glitches and failures of performance. No history search box?  No tracking of history of YouTube videos or google searches? The 'History' is not registering google searches or YouTube video views.  Also so many pop ups and uninvited occurrences and non occurrences when I want one.  I HATE  this system, although if it was the only one out there I guess I would have to make do and work around the deficiencies.  Even if I got a MacBook air there would still be things to deal with, but my old Mac desktop was so flexible and stable that I am struggling to accept this. I wrote the above critique/questions in a Microsoft answers forum for users and I could not even finish my comments - I am pretty sure they are being tracked as soon as Mac shows up on a post - they already know it will be a damning critique of their much inferior system. - It FROZE and I could not move anywhere on the screen e

What Is This Blog About?

What I am eating daily is a drag to focus on.  Or maybe I am just too undisciplined to keep track of all the details. I am certainly not following in the footsteps of my mentor.  I guess it's time to check out her blog again to get some encouragement.

CATCHING UP

Yes I missed entering a post yesterday.  I can't even explain it, but I was physically very busy.   I did follow my food plan though starting after a 12 hour fast from the night before.  1 liter of lemon water and plain water from rising, through a 1 hour Zumba class.10 -11 to my first food around 12h30 when I cooked up some mushrooms with organic red palm oil and had some cold boiled potatoes with a little butter, whizzed up a green smoothie with mixed greens, cilantro, avocado, protein powder, fresh pineapple, almond milk, a chunk of real coconut, water and some frozen kale.. I worked on an upper cabinet installation in the kitchen.  Drank more water and nothing else till  late supper: a big bowl of steamed broccoli and a mixed green salad with avocado, shallot, beets and soaked pumpkin seeds, cilantro.  Heated a small 2x2 inch piece of good quality banana choc chip loaf heated with butter, a yummy finale, and had 2 dates a little later on. Dec. 5th 2017     Day 2 of blog Hi everyone, universal wisdom and light of the world! Fasted 13 hours from bedtime to 1pm today.  Drank only lemon water and plain water with an iodine pill (b/c of using sea salt rather than iodized commercial salt). I felt good about that and then took a tablet of St. John's Wort, an anti stress plant put out by Vogel, half an hour before eating a single avocado and 3 peeled and soaked raw almonds. That was it until late dinner of roasted chicken in a salad of avocado, romaine, steamed broccoli with mayo and olive oil and sea salt.  That was satisfying but later ended up eating 3 small shortbread cookies (store bought ) and was happy I could stop at 3.  After that has about 50 grams of these other worldly organic Turkish figs, soft and sweet.  And that is it for the night.  Again I hope to sleep right through the night and eat only after 12 hour fast.  Will go to my fun Zumba gold class in the morning.  It's exercise I look forward to.  Hap

Christmas Myths, Christmas Madness

I am seeing signs everywhere that "Christmas is here", that "It's Christmas".  Well it's not. Christmas is not until the 25th.  I can already feel the pressure around me - people getting panicky about presents and decorations and of course  FOOD and family get-togethers. Well, I just want to fly above most of the crap of it. And no I am not a scrooge. But I am not getting presents for people who have everything already. Anyway what I really want to talk about is how I am struggling to stay the course on the eating plan I have been following for the past 4 months.  It has suddenly become hard for me. I think the reason is stress from both the seasonal change with less daylight and colder temps and Christmas pressures. I want to continue drinking at least 2.5 liters of water a day, 1 pound of vegetables and good quality protein 3 times a day and to ditch all sugar and equivalents, dairy and grains.  And now I'm told that beans should be eliminated unl
