CATCHING UP
Yes I missed entering a post yesterday. I can't even explain it, but I was physically very busy. I did follow my food plan though starting after a 12 hour fast from the night before.
1 liter of lemon water and plain water from rising, through a 1 hour Zumba class.10 -11 to my first food around 12h30 when I cooked up some mushrooms with organic red palm oil and had some cold boiled potatoes with a little butter, whizzed up a green smoothie with mixed greens, cilantro, avocado, protein powder, fresh pineapple, almond milk, a chunk of real coconut, water and some frozen kale..I worked on an upper cabinet installation in the kitchen. Drank more water and nothing else till late supper: a big bowl of steamed broccoli and a mixed green salad with avocado, shallot, beets and soaked pumpkin seeds, cilantro. Heated a small 2x2 inch piece of good quality banana choc chip loaf heated with butter, a yummy finale, and had 2 dates a little later on.
Water throughout the day and some supplements.
Today, the 7th Dec. '17, began food around 1h30pm, fasting from bedtime night before about 14 hours, having had water and apple cider vinegar in the morning and also having done work on my basement ceiling, did food shopping and delivery to thrift shop. There were garbage cans to gather in from the strong wind and half and inch of snow over the drive and the car to brush off . About 1h30 broke fast with 50gr. pack of organic moist natural figs to fill the gap and prepared organic chicken, celery, shallot, mayo salad in a butter croissant - wow! Added pomegranate juice and avocado and drank yesterday's remaining smoothie. Worked a little more removing some ceiling ducts that have no further use. Had no appetite to fuss a lot so had a chunk of beet I'd marinated in a mixture of vinegars (rice wine, apple cider and balsamic) half an avocado, a bosc pear, a cup of almond milk mocha, a piece of this amazing artisan flat bread made of vegetables and the last small piece of banana choc chip. Healthy food is so wonderful.
Had water and supplements during the day.
Whew now I am caught up once again. Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.
